2019 Music Lesson Enrolments
The 2019 Music Lesson enrolments are now open. If you are interested in having your child learn an instrument through the College Music Program in 2019, you can read this information sheet which outlines opportunities available and the costs involved. Please ensure that you have read this and the terms and conditions prior to enrolling.
To enrol, please go to the TASS Parent Lounge, then go to the activities and excursions section. Each child who is expected to be in Years 1 to 12 in 2019 should have an invitation to ‘2019 Music Lessons’. Lessons are generally not offered to Prep student except by special request and on advice from the class teacher.
Enrolling is a three step process:
1. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
2. Click on the @ symbol to complete the online enrolment form – underneath the initial invitation you should see ‘Option 1 – Attention: Click on the @ symbol to complete online enrolment’. The @ symbol should be across to the far right of this and underneath a paperclip symbol. (I have been told that on some devices it looks like a little world map)
3. Back in TASS, accept the invitation and save these changes.
Once you have complete the online enrolment form, a copy of your responses will be emailed to your selected email address. This is your confirmation that the enrolment has been received. If you need to change any details, please just email me rather than completing a new enrolment form.
If you know that your student will not be learning an instrument through the College, you can decline the invitation. Otherwise, it will remain open for parents to enrol at any point.
Please let me know if you have any problems. Notification of receipt of enrolment will only be sent after enrolments close on Friday, 1 February 2019, and information about lesson times will following in Week 2, in anticipation of lessons beginning in Week 3.
Attention String Enrolments (Violin/Viola/Cello)
Mrs Celovski will be returning part-time next year, and Mrs Holm will continue in a part-time capacity as well. We expect that Miss Holm will take new enrolments and any continuing first year students from 2018, who have had Miss Holm for most or all of their lessons. For students who began with Mrs Celovski in 2017 or earlier, please let us know if you have a preference for either Miss Holm or Mrs Celovski, or whether you are flexible regarding teacher. You can do this in the ‘Comments’ section of the enrolment form where you are asked about any special needs. Please note that we cannot guarantee your preference of teacher as there are restrictions due to timetabling etc, but every effort will be made to accommodate preferences where possible.
