Primary School Musical
Blast Off takes place in a little girl’s dream the night before Space Camp. Ruby and her two siblings find themselves in a space shuttle flying through the atmosphere. They are completely awestruck as they marvel at God’s handiwork, interacting with some stars and planets that share biblical truths and accounts of God’s creation with them.
The children begin to panic when they lose contact with Mission Control, but the planets and stars encourage them to go directly to God for help. They begin to realise that if the great God of creation is capable of keeping all of the universe in orbit, and if He loves them so much that He sent His own son, then they can trust Him to help them in any situation.

Note to Primary Parents and Caregivers
This year for our Primary Musical production of Blast Off, the children will be allocated across the three days of performances according to their College Houses. Please note this when booking your seats for either the matinée or evening shows.
Tuesday, 18 September performers will be from Bernall and Carey
Wednesday, 19 September performers will be from Livingstone and Newton
Thursday, 20 September performers will be from Pascal and Wesley.
If your child is performing as part of the Performance Choir or Junior Choir, they will be required to attend and perform each night; however, they will only perform with their year level on the night their House is nominated.
If your child is in Performance Choir, their item is first and if they are not performing with their House on that particular night, we ask that you please collect your child from the Music room immediately following their choir item at approximately 7.15pm.
For safety reasons, all children will need to be signed in upon arrival at the nominated classrooms and signed out at the conclusion of the evening. These room locations will be communicated to you closer to the time.
