Matthew 21:15-16 (MSG) When the religious leaders saw the outrageous things he was doing, and heard all the children running and shouting through the Temple, “Hosanna to David’s Son!” they were up in arms and took him to task. “Do you hear what these children are saying?” Jesus said, “Yes, I hear them. And haven’t you read in God’s Word, ‘From the mouths of children and babies I’ll furnish a place of praise’?”

The 2018 academic year at Brisbane Christian College has indeed been a year where we have continually heard our children praising God’s name. As we reflect on what has been an outstanding year of growth and development for Brisbane Christian College, we acknowledge that it is God’s anointing on this place that makes it such a special place for children and parents alike.

Once again, our Primary team has continued to assist children to experience success in a wide variety of ways. From successful academic results to sporting and musical achievements, this success is, in no small part, related to the dedicated support of our community. As a College, we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for supporting your children, our teachers and our school. Together we are building a great College, for God’s glory. Psalm 133 tells us that… when we all come together in unity, that’s where God commands the blessing. We feel blessed because our community is for us, behind us and united with us.

As educators, each year God brings children into our worlds that we have the privilege of working beside, learning from and seeing grow. We have the incredible opportunity to speak into and contribute to each of their lives. We count it as an enormous blessing to see children learn, stretch their understanding and create opportunities for the Holy Spirit to work in their lives.

Our students are always our source of pride and joy. They bring us love, smiles, laughter, and sometimes tears, but each year, our children leave a unique impression on us as people and on the College as a whole. Thank you to the Primary student leaders of 2018 for leaving such an incredible mark on the Primary school and for always leading with grace, dignity and Holy Spirit wisdom.

Please join with us as we congratulate the students and staff on the successful completion of the 2018 academic year.
