There can be a number of possible issues so we will run through a few steps to try. Is the student able to access the Learning Hub? If so, they need to make sure they have clicked on the ‘Activate Internet’ icon. The first time the iPad is used from home, it will also prompt for a username and password. This is the student’s ID number and their College password.

A video on how to do this is located here

If the student is not being prompted for a username and password, and the Internet isn’t accessible, please turn off the iPad by holding down the power button and swiping across the screen when prompted. Wait 30 seconds and then turn it back on.

Please log an IT request by emailing ithelpdesk@brisbanechristiancollege.com.au and we will remove the passcode from the device.
